Mmmm....Grapefruit.
I was flipping through an old issue of Real Simple Magazine the other day and discovered a new way to prepare grapefruit. Slice the grapefruit in half like normal, then stick it under your broiler for 3-5 minutes. The broiler carmelizes the juices, thus sweetening it. It's delish! And no sugar added!
I've come to a stand still on the weight loss thing. Anything yummy and healthy is sounding good to me right now.
I've also noticed that every product and their brother is becoming grapefruit scented, especially houshold cleaners. Not my personal favorite but it's got to be better than lemon.
