a' hunting we will go....

Aaron and I are house hunting. (Thus the lack of posts.) It’s fun and exciting but it’s also slightly disappointing when we see what we can actually afford and are willing to pay for. I absolutely refuse to be “house poor”- having such huge house payments that I can’t afford to do or buy anything else. Since we’ve been married I have become the financial person in our family and I think I’m doing pretty good if I do say so myself. We’ve paid off four credit cards (and cut up two) and I’ve been listening to the Dave Ramsey Show online as much as I can. He’s very inspirational! I’ve read one book he wrote and I just got the “Total Money Makeover”from my inter-library loan (It’s back up! Woo hoo!!)
